Lacrosse Transition Motion – $9.99
8.5 x 11 PDF – 6 pages
The most important idea or concept for lacrosse players is to understand how to move in an odd-man situation. I always start by teaching them all the concepts behind the 3v2. The 3v2 idea is the most basic as well as the most used concept in all of lacrosse. This teaching tool starts by explaining the idea behind running a successful 3v2. Then develops the idea of movement to create the same basic 3v2 from 4 specific motions. By running this drill at the beginning of practice your players should be able to move and read each other to create different scoring opportunities.
Includes Transition Offense and Defense
Five FULL pages of diagramed concepts and ideas to help you install the most important idea in lacrosse — transition offense and defense. It covers the basic idea of how to run a successful 3v2 and some more advanced concepts that lead to a basic 3v2.
